Remove all packaging (remove the outer and inner baskets as there is packaging within). This is a small air fryer and will not replace your cooker but is perfect for one or two people. Instructions were clear and it came with an excellent cookbook. Last night I had roast potatoes with lamb, onions, peppers and mushrooms, all cooked in the air fryer.

My thinking behind my purchase was try first and when I need to replace it, I can get a higher end fryer. If I could only keep my microwave or air fryer, the air fryer would win hands down!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to work, easy to clean, slightly noisier than I thought, but never had one before I have got used to it. Pleasure ensure you remove all the packaging inside and put before using. Review after 1 monthFor a very long time, I wanted to buy an air fryer did not know which one to choose but Cosori won't let you downgo for itVery easy to useyou will really enjoy all the available optionsMainly Start/Stop/Pause & shake reminderPreheat, keep warmIf shake reminder is available as an additional setting then we can use it when we go for the manual settings - which would be great to have - would like to have this optionPatience & Passion is the key to get the best resultsIndian (South Indian) Fish & chickenit came out really well quite close to oil frying like 75 to 80 % you will get feel like it is oil frying- marination has to be good (you have to cut in many places)- use only silicone tongs & silicone brush - because it is a nonstick pan- apply oil little bit on both sides - to get a better taste - this will give you a feel like you are having fried fish & chicken- turn them around after 7 or 8 mins - while turning apply oil using make sure you use a silicone brush- low temperature & more time will give you best resulttry different dishes, temperature, time & setting then after some time you will be able to know which one suits you the mostI do not follow the recipe book settings as I prefer my own timings & temperaturewill try to add more stories & photos later

Oh yes. I would describe myself as a traditional cook and, as I live alone, I didn’t want a large fryer with all bells and whistles. Was looking around for a good Air fryer and I came across this band.

There are 2 of us and I think I should have got the bigger one in hindsight. Chicken wings and vegetables all in one go.
