Should be good for a couple of decades I imagine. I will see in time how good it is. Beautiful wooden bed with lots of storage (almost double than usual ottoman beds). Takes good few hours to put together and needs two people to do it but bed is well worth it!

Once assembled is solid. Like an ideea, you can stick 2 rubber on the metal frame to stop the noise (metal to metal) when you close the top frame. Thank you
