I like the design and feel under my feet. Also the top of the board started peeling off after only one month. There’s no setup and is super simple to use. I plan to get some gorilla glue or something and see if its fixable, but disappointed in how fast it came apartUpdate: Gaiam customer support offered to replace the board, but I am just going through Amazon's defective return/replace program.

**Disclosure: I received a sample product from the Amazon Vine program for an honest and unbiased review. There are fingerprints left behind from the glue! I've tried three other boards and this one seems to offer more than just lateral moves.
