Have used for magnesium baths which I can't say definitely did anything. 5 bottles, if not more.

I’ve tried a magnesium spray which didn’t do anything for me personally. . Either way this is a great price for 1kg if that's what you're looking for.

So far so good! I’ll be purchasing again. It easily devolved and made a big bottle of it with enough left to make at least 1. Used the flakes to make my own magnesium oil, worked a lot better than magnesium oil I'd previously purchased.

I use it to make magnesiym oil only. Not sure though! I made my own magnesium oil with it. I did find these helpful, whether it’s because of the magnesium flakes or the combination of a warm bath and placebo effect I don’t know, but whatever the reason for them helping.
