Bringing the barrels to our Sierra Nevada mountain perch, we finished the whiskey in stout beer casks that originally aged our Hinterhaus bourbon whiskey. As always, we present this whiskey naturally (non-chill filtered and no color added) to keep the integrity of this extraordinary rye whiskey. It's designed to be keto-friendly, gluten-friendly, and low-calorie, as you can imagine from an athlete-backed brand, and is made using a vacuum distillation process that retains the natural sweetness of its raw material, oats.
