Absolutely love mine and it was affordable compared to other sellersNot to heavy to can be moved to use outside which I use in my garden when warmer. Very pleased with the purchase. Fab for workouts , for use as a step , chest press also used cables with it , wouldn’t b without it , love it!

Note that when using it on carpet floor, it feels bit unstable due to carpet itself. As a result it’s pretty heavy but I’d rather have that sturdiness than a bench/step that bends and bows when you step on it or put any weight on it.

The construction of this is really really solid. It can change positions from upright on seat to allow more upper body training and into incline position. A bit on the expensive side for what it is but that’s the only negative. Great fitness equipment to invest in.

Whether for stepping low, high, sitting on or resting on or putting resistance bands on you can do all of these and more. Bought for at home workouts, mainly press ups and lying on for barbell weight lifting.

Portable and adjustable. Really great piece of kit simple but very versatile and well built can do so many different workouts from hiit to weights to core amazing only thing I would suggest that it came with a link to a YouTube beginner training course I found one done by Reebok and its a great beginner workout and helped a lot or a workout chart but that only a suggestion because I think this an great product and great if u don't have much space to workout or storage because u can keep it and pull it out so quick because of its easy and well built setup excellent. ! Been using for a week now for light weight mobility exercise and no problems so far.

Lovely little stow away compartment too inside. As a Personal trainer I always wanted a multi use training bench at home or to use with clients.
